Fino nel Monte (BG) training camp

The village of Fino del Monte tells us stories of devotion and great artists, among ancient castles and mysterious monasteries. Our visit to Fino del Monte can only begin from the characteristic historical center with a medieval layout gathered around Piazza Olmo; if we look around we can only be conquered by the historical atmosphere that you breathe, testified by the ancient Castle of the Da Fin, a noble family that, in the period between the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, made Fino del Monte a center of great importance.

After having paid the right attention to this little jewel, we cross the road and, leaving the castle behind us, we turn first right and then left, to reach the fifteenth-century Church of San Salvatore, which preserves a precious altarpiece inside.
